January 30, 2023 – New Bedford Rowing Center is excited to participate in the Card to Culture program, a collaboration between Mass Cultural Council and the Department of Transitional Assistance, the Women, Infants & Children (WIC) Nutrition Program, and the Massachusetts Health Connector, by offering EBT, WIC, and ConnectorCare cardholders discounts on the Learn-to-Row courses and annual membership dues.
- EBT cardholders receive a 50% discount on Learn-to-Row and membership dues ($125/year instead of $250/year) and free winter indoor rowing conditioning sessions.
- WIC cardholders receive an 80% discount on Learn-to-Row and membership dues ($50/year instead of $250/year; FREE for parenting teens) and free winter indoor rowing conditioning sessions.
- ConnectorCare cardholders receive a 60% discount on Learn-to-Row and membership dues ($100/year instead of $250/year) and free winter indoor rowing conditioning sessions.
Starting this 2023 season, cardholders are welcome to participate in Learn-to-Row courses offered from spring-fall and thereafter join the Masters Open Row sessions. Email info@newbedfordrowing.org for more information on how to sign up!
